!Kheis is an administrative area of the Siyanda District of the Northern Cape in South Africa.
!Kheis is a Khoi name meaning "a place where you live or your home" means. It is named after the Khoi people whom the first permanent residents of the area was.
Mission
To promote economic development to the advantage of the communities within the boundaries of the !Kheis Municipality this will be done by the establishment and maintenance of an effective administration and a safe environment in order to attract tourists and investors to the area.
Vision
The development of an institution, focussing on transparent, loyal and effective service delivery to the residence of the !Kheis Municipal Area.

Alweer is ons aan die einde van nog ‘n jaar. Ja, die tyd vlieg en waarmee hou ons ons besig. Kom ons laat toe dat ons as instrumente gebruik word om gemeenskappe en munisipale area te bevorder en te verseker dat ons dorpies die toon aangee vir ontwikkeling. U weet deur saam te werk sal ons beter gemeenskappe bou. Indien u reis reis veilig, geniet u geliefdes en laat toe dat die Christus Kind, hierdie Kers seisoen in elkeen se hart weer ‘n plek vind. Namens die Raad en Administrasie van !Kheis Munisipaliteit wens ek u ‘n gesëende kerstyd toe en 'n 2013 vol voorspoed en genade uit die hand van die Here.
